BCAPL rules 9-ball with the 3-foul rule in effect. Race to 9 on winners and 7 on losers with a single finals race to 13. Winner break, winner break, rack the 9 on the spot and 2 in the back. No 9 on break in bottom two pockets.
Players must have been 599 or lower when announced and when registered. Once registered, they have a 10-point cushion, so you will see players rated 609 or lower in this 599 & Under.
